Concrete Roof Tiles

No matter what style of roof you have the process is similar.

1. Cleaning

To prepare the surface, the roof will first be thoroughly waterblasted, removing any dirt, debris, and loose or flaking material.

If moss or mould is found, it will be treated with our special solution — a biodegradable, slow-release antifungal solution — prior to the application of the our liquid membrane coating. This ensures the surface is clean and properly prepped for long-lasting results.

2. Preparation and Repairs

Every tile will be inspected for cracks and replaced where necessary. All ridges and barges will be examined, and if needed, will be repointed and replaced using a flexible pointing system. Valleys will also be assessed and repaired or replaced as required.

3. Sealing

The roof will then be treated to seal any exposed or porous areas and to reactivate aged, chalky paint surfaces, ensuring strong adhesion for the our coating system. Additionally, our seal contains a bactericide designed to eliminate any existing mould spores.

4. Liquid Membrane Coating

Following preparation, our liquid membrane will be applied. This high-build coating is made from 100% acrylic and tinted to match your chosen shade from the our colour chart, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
