1. Cleaning
To prepare the surface thoroughly, the roof will first be subjected to an extensive waterblasting process, which effectively removes any accumulated dirt, debris, and any loose or flaking material that may compromise the integrity of the surface.
In the event that moss or mould is identified on the surface, it will be treated meticulously with our special solution — a biodegradable, slow-release antifungal solution — prior to the application of our high-quality liquid membrane coating. This step is vital as it ensures that the surface is not only clean but also properly prepped, leading to optimal long-lasting results that you can rely on for years to come.

2. Preparation and Repairs
Any loose nails will be carefully removed and replaced with high-quality screws for a significantly more secure hold that enhances the longevity of the roofing structure. In addition, ridges, valleys, and flashings will also be thoroughly inspected during this process, with necessary repairs or replacements carried out promptly to ensure the roof’s integrity is maintained and to prevent any potential leaks or damage in the future.

3. Rust Treatment
Sections with red or white rust will be treated with a rust converter or anti-corrosive primer to stabilize the affected areas and prevent further spread.

4. Liquid Membrane Coating
Following preparation, our liquid membrane will be applied. This high-build coating is made from 100% acrylic and tinted to match your chosen shade from the our colour chart, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
